The cost depends on the specific modules and features required, so it's defined with a tailored quote. However, by starting from foundations that are already built and tested, costs are lower and more predictable than a completely from-scratch development.
How long does it take to be ready?+
Because the technical foundations already exist, delivery times are significantly faster than a from-scratch project. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the custom modules: we define it together after an initial analysis of your processes.
Do we own the code of the management system?+
Yes. We build management software tailored to your domain and processes; you are not locked into a standard product license. We discuss the details and terms during the analysis phase.
How long does it take to get a quote?+
Usually, after an initial discovery call it takes a couple of weeks to surface questions and open points and to prepare a second, more in-depth call. After that call, in about two more weeks we are able to put together a quote. In total, roughly 2 to 4 weeks.
Is there a cost for the initial analysis?+
No, the initial analysis is free. It is only charged if the project actually goes ahead.
Do you offer maintenance and support after launch?+
Yes. We usually set up a tailored maintenance and support contract based on the client's needs, guaranteeing a dedicated pool of hours year by year. This keeps the project always active, working, up to date and secure over time.
Where is Pandora hosted? Cloud or on-premise?+
You have full flexibility: we can install it on-premise on our own infrastructure, in the cloud, or on-premise directly on the client's infrastructure. We choose together the option that best fits your security, compliance and management needs.
